Construction Selections
When building a new home or renovating an existing space, this service provides all finish selections, conceptual design of millwork and architectural features, collaboration with builders and contractors, and documentation of finalized selections including product specs, light fixture/mirror installation guide, and more.
Furnishing Selections
For full room or full home furnishings, this service begins with an initial vision board and is completed with floor plans, mood boards, 3D renders, and furniture procurement. Interior styling is an optional final step.
Design Consulting
The perfect option for when design direction is needed but you prefer to take care of the specifics, this service includes an in person meeting to provide design guidance and give you full range to pick a designer’s brain. A follow-up summary of design notes and additional suggestions is provided.
